Monitor FreePBX and Issabel together
Different PBX distributions do not need separate monitoring dashboards. PBXonix uses a local agent to read the Asterisk-based system behind FreePBX or Issabel and brings those signals into a shared cloud workspace.
Keep each PBX distinct
The overview helps you find a system that needs attention. In the operator panel, PBX tabs keep each system’s extensions and queues separate, even when two servers reuse the same internal numbers.
SIP and PJSIP installations
Monitoring supports chan_sip and PJSIP. Older Issabel installations and newer Asterisk configurations can expose different fields, so agent permissions and available modules matter. Validate the metrics you need on your own PBX during the trial.
Local configuration stays local
The installation command needs administrator access to set up the agent. Monitoring does not replace your FreePBX or Issabel administration interface. PBX passwords are not sent to the cloud, and AMI does not need to be opened to the internet.
