An operator panel for clear, current PBX monitoring
The PBXonix operator panel is designed for administrators and team leads who need a quick view of availability and workload. Operators and queues remain grouped by PBX, so a multi-server workspace stays readable.
Focus on the operators you need
Show only online operators to reduce clutter. Give an operator a recognizable display name without changing the extension on the PBX. Registration, device state and queue membership describe different aspects of availability; being online does not always mean ready to take another call.
Keep queues beside the team
Queue cards provide current waiting activity and available daily statistics. Rename a queue for the people who use the dashboard while keeping its technical identifier intact. The reporting day follows the PBX time zone.
Refresh with context
Choose the page refresh interval and check how recently data arrived. Page refresh, agent reporting and network connectivity all affect what you see. The panel focuses on monitoring: call transfer, listening, whisper and other FOP2-style call controls are not currently provided.
