Queue and call reports you can export to Excel
Use the Reports section to move from the current situation to the history behind it. PBXonix brings calls, operators, queues, trunks and incidents into a dedicated reporting area, with filters and Excel export.
Current queue pressure and daily activity
Queue cards show calls waiting now, the longest current wait and available totals for the current PBX day. Daily counters start at midnight in the PBX time zone. A current waiting-time metric and a historical waiting-time metric answer different questions; use the period and label shown on the report.
Technical records for analysis
Reports use call times, durations, outcomes and known internal identifiers. Customer phone numbers and caller names are removed before upload. You can analyze operational patterns without turning the cloud dashboard into a customer telephone directory.
Export with the source in mind
Apply report filters and download an XLSX workbook for further analysis in Excel. Historical availability depends on enabled CDR and queue-log sources, retained data and agent permissions. Missing source data cannot be recreated by changing a report filter and should not be treated as zero calls.
